For appointments, please call us at 613.692.6708, or book online.

Although we try to be available to clients, we encourage you to schedule your appointments in advance to make certain the preferred treatments or artisans are available. Please note that courtesy calls are complementary and not guaranteed.

Pricing

All hair prices are starting prices and subject to additional fees based on timing and or advanced technique.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to all, we ask that a 24-hour notice be given if you need to change or cancel your appointment with us. For a cancellation with less than 24-hour notification, clients will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. For no-show appointments, the full fee will be charged.

Spa & Salon Etiquette

To preserve the tranquility of the spa and salon environment, cellular phones and electronic devices are to be turned off. As well, we kindly request that your children do not accompany you to your appointments. In order to serve you better, please inform our staff of any medical conditions or concerns prior to your service.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment and may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled. As a courtesy to the next client, your treatment will end on time regardless of when you begin.

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, it is likely that service will be refused and subject to cancellation fees.
